edwardian metal inlaid easy chair

Circa 1900, unusual Edwardian easy chair with metal inlay. The chair has recently been re-upholstered. The frame of the chair has a lattice type metal inlay. The arms with upholstered elbow pads, sit on a block with metal inlay on all 4 sides. There is a large stuffover seat. At the front there are 2 square tapering legs with brass castors and the back legs are slightly out swept.

Scotland's largest antiques warehouse is located in a converted whiskey bond in historic Leith Edinburgh. With 50,000sq ft over five floors we offer a wide range of quality Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian furniture, as well as continental and small decorative items. Our stock is constantly changing.
