chinese marble top plant stand

Circa 1900, elegant Chinese huang hua li marble top plant stand. The tall stand has a circular marble insert and a carved edge in the form of faux bamboo. The shaped apron is heavily carved with brackets beneath continuing in the same style of carving. The 4 large cabriole legs again have bamboo carved on the outside and at the bottom is a cross over stretcher again in the form of bamboo with a flower carved in the centre. The whole piece is mellow in colour and sturdy.
