This is an antique ovoid display dome. An English, glass and mahogany taxidermy or clock showcase, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1890.
- Appealing ovoid form, ideal for displaying a clock or taxidermy specimen
- Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good original order throughout
- Quality, clear glass in tall sided ovoid form with a prominent dome top
- Ebonised mahogany plinth with deep dome grooves, for a secure enclosure
- Generous oval of green protective baize to the display plinth
