Antique Antique Edwardian Mahogany Double Bed c1900 w7494/17.6

Antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Double Bed and dating form around 1900. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a moulded edge to the top rail and with a deep inlaid banding and above a central panel with inlaid swag & tails in olive, tulip & satin woods with squared slats to either side and a deep lower rail with inlaid banding. It has squared Architectural style caps to all four posts and stands on squared tapering legs. It has its original side irons.

Measures: 54" high to headboard x 42" high to footboard x 80" long x 54" wide and takes a standard English double mattress.

A very nice quality Antique Edwardian Bed and in very good original condition with a lovely age deepened colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Please remember that our prices are at Trade and not full Retail Value. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
