This is an antique decorative afternoon tea tray. An English, mahogany and boxwood serving platter, dating to the Regency period, circa 1820.

• Delightful tray for serving guests with Regency period elegance
• Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good order throughout
• Select stocks present fine grain interest and rich caramel hues
• Centrepiece boxwood scallop shell motif set within an oval medallion
• Distinctive wavy edge to tray, dressed with rolled brass carry handles to either end
• Finished with a fascinating dappled leather protective pad to the base
