This is an antique Chippendale revival side table. An English, mahogany console, hall or writing table, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910. 

• A treat of fretwork decoration and of a generous size for use throughout the home

• Front and side aprons adorned with attractive fretwork over an ebonised ground
• Quality mahogany drawer boxes with impressive dovetail joints

• Each corner accentuated with a quatrefoil motif, repeating upon the leg
• Pierced fretwork brackets unite each leg to the apron in the Chippendale manner
• Offers a comfortable kneehole height of 61.5cm (24.25'')
• Tapering gently, each leg terminates in distinctive open toed feet
