    The curious one

Ebonised Aesthetic furniture. Always appears like that weird kid in class who surprisingly went on to achieve great things in life.

Of tall proportions. d1871 to 1875. Aesthetic music cabinet. Inset Minton tiles.

A particularly fine quality, well crafted cabinet throughout all elements, build, brassware, tiles, ebonised finish.

Panelled and finished to the back, so freestands.

Good original condition with that slightly sleepy, untouched feel (you may choose to wax).

Remains unidentified. It’s the curious one. Maybe even the chosen one. There to be discovered.

Dated 1871 to 1875, due to identifying the “unmarked” tiles as "Minton’s Art Pottery Studio, Kensington, London" (this confirmation will be passed onto the buyer).

More recent history on the cabinet: Passed through Sotheby’s, Belgravia in 1977. La-di-da.

Now looking for some rich, rock star type muso, with taste.
