    Antique ANTIQUE VICTORIAN MAHOGANY SCOTCH CHEST OF DRAWERS C1880 W7425/7.5

    Antique Victorian Mahogany Scotch Chest and dating from around 1880. It has a rounded edge to the top above a deep serpentine fronted frieze drawer over four long graduating drawers all of which are mahogany lined and with original turned mahogany knob handles inset with mother of pearl. To either side there are carved corbel supports to both the top and base and it stands on a double squat bun foot.

     
    Measures: 49" high x 23" deep x 47" wide
     
    A very nice Antique Victorian Scotch Chest of Quality in very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the quality Mahogany and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
