Antique ANTIQUE REGENCY MAHOGANY SECRETAIRE CHEST OF DRAWERS W7389/8.4

Antique Regency Mahogany Secretaire Chest of Drawers and dating from around 1820. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a moulded edge to the top above a deep false drawer front which opens to reveal a very nice interior with a small central door flanked on either side by pigeon holes with shaped frieze above and with four small drawers and a leatherette writing skiver in good condition. There are a further three long graduating drawers all of which are oak lined and with original swan neck brass handles and it stands on shaped bracket feet.

Measures: 41" high x desk height 28" x 22" deep x 47" wide

A superb Antique Regency Mahogany Secretaire of quality mahogany and in very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the quality Mahogany oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
