    Antique ANTIQUE LATE 19TH CENTURY BURR WALNUT LOWBOY DESK W7280/5.2

    Lovely Antique Late Victorian Burr Walnut Lowboy or Desk and dating from aorund 1890. It has a quarter cut burr walnut top with wide cross banded edge above a long drawer to the centre with shaped frieze over the kneehole and flanked on either side by a deep drawer which is oak lined and with a shaped panelled front and brass handles. It stands on shaped cabriole legs on a pad foot.

     
    Measures: 30" high x knee height 24" x 21" deep x 42" wide
     
    A superb quality burr walnut lowboy / desk with a lovely deep colour and original patination to the walnut and in very good condition oozing all the charm and character of the period.
