    Antique ANTIQUE GEORGIAN REGENCY MAHOGANY SHIELD BACK DESK CHAIR C1800 W7341/11.3

    Lovely Antique Georgian Regency Mahogany Shield Back Side or Desk Chair and dating form aorund 1800. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a reeded frame to the shield shaped back above a pierced and shaped central back splat and with shepherds crook armrests and a stuff over seat covered in a quality stripe fabric totally in keeping with the period. It stands on squared reeded and tapering legs joined by an 'H' stretcher.
    Measures: 36" high x seat height 17" x 20" deep x 21" wide

     
    A lovely Georgian Regency Mahogany Chair of good proportions and with a lovely deep colour and original patination to the mahogany and in very good condition oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
