Superb Antique Edwardian Mahogany Writing Desk by Maples & Co and dating from around 1900. Of excellent quality and with a tooled leather skiver set within a cross banded surround with moulded edge and above two drawers both of which are mahogany lined and with moulded panels and brass knob handles under which is a small shaped support to either side. Its stands on squared tapering and reeded legs on original small castors.

Measures: 29" high x knee height 24" x 22" deep x 42" wideA superb Edwardian Mahogany Maples Desk and with a lovely deep colour and original patination to the Mahogany and in very good condition oozing all the charm and character of the period.
