Antique ANTIQUE EDWARDIAN MAHOGANY WRITING TABLE DESK BY MAPLES & CO C1900 W7246/18.2

Superb Antique Edwardian Mahogany Writing Desk by Maples & Co and dating from around 1900. Of excellent quality and with a tooled leather skiver set within a cross banded surround with moulded edge and above two drawers both of which are mahogany lined and with moulded panels and brass knob handles under which is a small shaped support to either side. Its stands on squared tapering and reeded legs on original small castors.

Measures: 29" high x knee height 24" x 22" deep x 42" wide

A superb Edwardian Mahogany Maples Desk and with a lovely deep colour and original patination to the Mahogany and in very good condition oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
