Antique ANTIQUE EDWARDIAN MAHOGANY INLAID DOUBLE BED C1900 W7311/18.2

Antique Edwardian Mahogany Inlaid Double Bed and dating from around 1900. Constructed from quality mahogany both the head and footboard are the same and have a shaped top rail with moulded edge above a deep frieze with inlaid stringing and with a central panel with a strung edge to the centre of which is a lovely inlaid oval depicting an Adams style Urn. To either side there are three squared supports all of which have strung edges and above a panelled base on squared legs joined by a shaped frieze. It has its original screw in side irons and a new complete set of latts for the matress base.

Measures: 55" high to headboard x 43" hiogh to footboard x 80" long x 54" wide

A Superb quality Edwardian Mahogany Bed and with a lovely deep colour and original patination to the Mahogany and in very good condition oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
