    Antique ANTIQUE EARLY 18TH CENTURY SMALL JOINED OAK CHAIR C1720 W7471/13.5

    Antique Early 18th Century Small Joined Oak Armchair and dating from around the time of George 1st c1720. It has a castellated shaped top above two panels to the back and with shaped out splayed armrests on squared supports with a later Victorian needlepoint seat pad ( braid missing but easily replaced) and stands on squared legs joined by squared stretchers. It is hand & peg joined.

     
    Measures: 32" high x seat height 15" x 21" deep x 21" wide
     
    A lovely early 18th century joined oak chair and in very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the oak and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
