A fine and rare pair of French carved walnut console tables, with quality burr walnut tops, inlaid checkered banding, cross banded in walnut with a fine carved edge, an amazing carved solid walnut frieze to the centre of the frieze is a beautiful carved ladies head, supported by two exquisite carved solid walnut figures of ladies wearing robes, standing on fine carved shaped solid walnut feet, united by a shaped carved walnut stretcher with a lovely carved finial to the centre and a supporting brass pole.
