Circa 1920, a neat sized walnut bedside or bookcase by Whytock & Reid of Edinburgh. With shaped back and moulded fore-edge above 2 short drawers with cock beading flamed mahogany and well carved handles in the style of Sir Robert Lorimer. Beneath this is an open section with an adjustable shelf, shaped apron and standing on 4 squat typical Lorimer bracket feet (shaped on all sides).
