fruitwood and oak lowboy

Circa 1740, unusual 2 drawer low-boy made in fruitwood and oak. The rectangular shaped top has an ogee moulded edge and is above 2 full length drawers with moulded foredge and cast brass drop handles. With a shaped apron to the front and sides, all standing on cabriole legs with quarter blocks at the top and shaped feet.

Scotland's largest antiques warehouse is located in a converted whiskey bond in historic Leith Edinburgh. With 50,000sq ft over five floors we offer a wide range of quality Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian furniture, as well as continental and small decorative items. Our stock is constantly changing.
