A fine Victorian walnut writing table of elegant form, fitted with a green leather writing surface and raised on a central pedestal base.
The rectangular top has rounded ends and is inset with a green leather writing surface. Below are two frieze drawers fitted with circular brass handles and shaped escutcheons. The table stands on a turned central column support, raised on four swept legs terminating in decorative brass caps and castors.
A smart and practical antique writing table, ideal for use as a desk, library table, hall table or occasional writing table.
