very quirky antique pine cupboard unit with drawers (partially dismantles) (j0705i)

Here’s a great, slightly quirky piece of furniture. It features a neat Cornish-style top with a small decorative hanging detail below, a small cupboard with a shelf inside, a larger cupboard door on the right, four drawers running down the left-hand side, and a full-width drawer at the bottom.

The piece is in excellent condition — almost perfect — really clean and tidy throughout. It was originally painted and has since been stripped back to bare wood. The right-hand cupboard is currently empty, though you can see where shelves were previously fitted. Shelves or a hanging rail can easily be added if you wish. With an internal depth of 18", it’s deep enough for hanging most clothes, and you could also opt for a shelf with a hanging rail beneath.The drawers on the left-hand side are all in good working order, and the top drawer contains removable plywood dividers. The piece retains its attractive original brass drop handles.It separates for easier delivery: the top section lifts off, and the main body divides into two parts.
