Circa 1870. Superb quality Aesthetic movement ebonized and inlaid amboyna three-door credenza. The breakfront top with amboyna, boxwood and ebony string inlay above a frieze with neoclassical boxwood, foliate inlay on an amboyna background, above cast brass foliate mounts. The two side ebonized panelled side doors with Wedgwood plaques and a central glazed doors with ornate and beaded brass mounts opening to a shelved interior. The doors separated and flanked by Corinthian columns with cast brass capitals and inlaid columns. All supported on reverse breakfront base with brass beading. In excellent condition.
