Circa 1860. An unusual and stylish rare pair of Victorian burr walnut three tier whatnots, the shaped tops in finest quarter matching bur walnut with carved lifting handles to each end, the tops with chamfered fore-edges and a simple frieze with two tiers beneath, each supported on pierced and carved uprights, beneath the bottom shelf there is a shaped full-length bow fronted drawer with fluted carved knob handles, the frieze is polished on all sides, making them freestanding, resting on four elegant bulbous turned feet finishing on brass cups and original white castors beneath.

Scotland's largest antiques warehouse is located in a converted whiskey bond in historic Leith Edinburgh.
