Circa 1920s. George II style shaped front chest of drawers, the top in book matched walnut with broad cross banding, simple moulded fore-edge, the serpentine fronted drawers with a raised section at each end, with elegant pierced circular escutcheon, cast brass circular drop handles with a pierced back plates, the shaped drawers graduate from top to bottom, the chest with canted corners, beneath the bottom drawer there is a simple moulding, resting on four squat cabriole legs with quarter blocks, carved scallop shells on the facing, finishing on pad foot. 86 cm H x 76 cm W x 47 cm DOur Ref 22256
