Circa 1920s. A finely carved gilded and marble-topped Italian dressing
table, the back with a shaped and etched mirror contained in a carved,
gilded and pierced frame, resting on a green mottled marble top, the carved
frieze with two profusely carved drawers, below three full-length drawers with proud mouldings in book-matched burr walnut with heavy cast brass handles, the drawers with carved sides are flanked by a pair of Corinthian columns, the heavily carved base with beadings above and below, all resting on four carved walnut feet with an ebonized bun section beneath.
