A good quality set of 4 late 19th.Century rosewood and inlaid dining chairs from the renown workshops of James Shoolbred of London. The shaped top rails having subtle Sheraton Style boxwood inlay with good pen work. The backs and splats with boxwood outline stringing which continues around the seat frames and the outswept front legs. These chairs have been re- upholstered in a good quality herringbone fabric with double piping and the frames have cleaned and waxed. Dimensions :- Height…33’’/ 84cm. Width…17’’/ 43.5cm.
