A beautiful Victorian armchair dating to the second half of the 19th century. This is a superb example of Victorian craftsmanship having a mahogany bow front frame, and overstuffed seat, it is upholstered with a good quality heavy duty light green and gold material in good order, raised on turned front and swept rear legs, finished on brass castors, 2 of the which have been replaced some time in the past. It is in good solid condition, and has a desirable shape and proportions, making it a lovely piece of furniture. The armchair is in good order as you can see from the photos, however the pictures do make it look a little patchy, it is not and more of a constant colour with no marks or stains.
