Circa 1920, wonderful mahogany luggage rack by Whytock & Reid of Edinburgh. The rectangular rack has rounded corners and open slatted top, below is a small simple apron and the rack stands on 4 large elegant carved cabriole legs with a typical Whytock & Reid/Lorimer foot. Unusual to find luggage racks, this is a particularly good example.
