SOME LOSS TO DECORATED PAPER ON SPINE, RUBBING TO EDGES OF BOARDS & SPINE [SEE IMAGE] CORNERS BUMPED WITH SOME LOSS, FEW MARKS TO COVER MOSTLY TO REAR BOARD, OCCASIONAL BLEMISH OR FINGER MARK TO PAGES & ENDPAPERS, OCCASIONAL MARKS SHOWING TO INNER MARGINS FROM STAPLES, OPENING PAGE OF THE JOURNEY HAS BEEN SCRIBBLED ON BY A CHILD BUT RUBBED OUT SO PRETTY FAINT [SEE IMAGE] ONE COLOUR PLATE HAS SMALL CLOSED TEAR TO TOP EDGE, INSCRIPTION DATED 1928 TO FRONT ENDPAPER.

OVERALL SOME FAULTS ARE PRESENT BUT NOTHING TOO SERIOUS & STILL A GOOD-VERY GOOD ACCEPTABLE COPY.

A SCARCE EARLY CHILDREN'S BOOK WITH REALLY NICE ILLUSTRATIONS THROUGHOUT & IN THE ORIGINAL BINDING.
