the antique three pearl and rose cut diamond navette ring

This ring, circa the early 19th century, is truly unique: a white-metal navette-shaped head, adorned with rose-cut diamonds, irregularly cut and each as charming as the next. The 16 rose cut diamonds border three pearls of varying size and colour. The central pearl has a beautiful iridescent peacock colourway, showing dark blue, green and pink. The top pearl is slightly pinkish cream, and the bottom pearl is yellowish cream in colour. The rose-cut diamonds and pearls make an unusual yet stunning combination, resulting in a strikingly beautiful ring circa the 19th century.
The navette-shaped head is framed by patterned shoulders with a scrollwork border, leading to a plain yellow gold band.
