set of 4 victorian staffordshire pottery 'fern' jugs - by w brownfield 1859

This is a fine set of 4 graduated 'Fern' design Jugs made by the renowned maker 'W Brownfield' of Cobridge Staffordshire each bearing the design registration diamond for 1859.

They are pale cream coloured glazed stoneware, and feature beautifully executed 'knotted rope' handles and fern decoration in high relief. Excellent condition.Graduated in size: 10", 9", 8", and 7.5"
