ITEM 1461 DESCRIPTION
A set of four Crown Staffordshire fine bone china wall plaques. Printed in colours after John Constable's paintings with The Hay Wain, Salisbury Cathedral, Valley Farm, and The Cornfield. Printed marks on the back of each wall plaque. These types of plaques were usually issued in very large numbers usually in limited editions. During the 1970s and 80s, they were produced by many firms including Franklin Mint, Bradford Exchange, Royal Worcester, Coalport, Wedgwood, and many other well-known manufacturers.
