Circa 1900, oak and EPNS case tantalus. The EPNS top has been monogrammed, with lifting handle and locking mechanism to the sides (with number painted on). With 3 divisions for holding decanters and inscription/plaque to the back. The 3 decanters can be lifted out without opening the tantalus, and there is no key.
