ITEM DESCRIPTION: Original Early 19th Century Georgian Blue & White Pottery Plate by John & Richard Riley, who set up a pottery in 1796, closing in 1831 in Burslem, Staffordshire. This plate has a scenic design of Kings Weston, a fine country house in Gloucestershire designed by Sir John Vanburgh for Edward Southwell in 1725. Stunning Decorative Edge Design and a Lovely Pearlware Glaze.
