Antique First Period Dr Wall Cup & Saucer

ON HOLD. This is a very fine Dr Wall cup & saucer
with the fancy bird garden scenes along with insect patterns with gilt surrounds along with gilt rims to the top, base, and handle of the cup and a gilt rim surround to the saucer, all done by the renowned artist James Giles in his London studios where he beautifully decorated pieces of Worcester during his time as an artist.
The cup and saucer is dated around 1770, 1780 and with all it's use over the past 240, 250 years, it has no chips or cracks, and comes in excellent condition, and has a stamp for Dr Wall on the base
