This is an antique decorative fire back. An English, cast iron fireplace hearth backrest with Tree of Life scene, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900.
- Pleasingly cast with a pair of figures and Tree of Life motif
- Displays a desirable aged patina throughout
- Cast iron presented with a quality, consistent graphite finish
- Charming detail to the figures and the bountiful tree foliage
- Beaded detail to the fascia, the domed top and top edge adorned with small finials
