A French Flintlock Blunderbuss Pistol, Circa 1790. With brass barrel swelling to a moulded muzzle and fitted with a spring bayonet beneath, engraved action decorated with stands of arms, fitted with a sliding thumb-piece safety catch, highly figured walnut butt decorated with inlayed wire (small crack) engraved steel sliding trigger-guard locking the bayonet and a pair of brass ram-rod pipes on the right of the barrel.
