From it's age and style, I believe this to be by "The Falconer Brothers" who were notorious fraudsters.

Original, 1920s/1930s photograph taken at the time of a séance to capture spirits. This couple must have really loved their cat and as such, were vulnerable, easy targets. They would have paid for him/her to be summoned and were given fraudulent, photographic proof. A rare charm in itself, the photo is also everlasting proof of the love and affection between cat and guardians.

A particularly good find and investment. Most commonly found depicting human spirits, I know of only one other photograph that has an animal spirit and that is of a dog. That was taken by The Falconer Brothers.

In good, as expected condition. Full of charm and character.

Well thumbed. I imagine it was often handled by the loved ones and kept close. There are plenty of creases. A few, small, textured marks to the top layer when viewed across the light.
