Description of the reverse In the center is the Small State Emblem of the Russian Empire - a double-headed eagle, the heads of which are crowned with two crowns, a third, large crown above them. All of them are connected by the ribbon of the Order of St. Apostle Andrew the First-Called. On the eagles chest is the Moscow coat of arms - a shield with the image of St. George the Victorious with a spear, slaying a dragon. Around the shield is a chain of the Order of St. Apostle Andrew the First-Called.
