This was sourced in Iraq but appears to be a St. Nicholas Icon from Russia.

Christianity was brought to Iraq in the 1st century, primarily to the Eastern Aramaic-speaking Assyrian communities.

Given that history, it is not surprising that an icon of the religion would find itself in the region.
The icon is of bronze with embossed images of Jesus flanked by angels who soar above flanking worshippers who kneel before Jesus. Above them are three other figures.
