The cap has a NS-RKB cap eagle , Army-type wreath & cockade with a twisted gold / blue piping on the caps's crown. This example features a gold chin cord.

In 1939 the regulations prescribed this piping , the gold / blue piping was to be removed from the 1940 regulations. As a result this piping was worn only for a short period of time.Complete with "civil" makers logo printed inside the visor. Most examples are seen with the Kyffhäuser logo printed on the caps celluloid sweatband. Rare cap in very good condition. Signs of period usage.
