early brass candle stick

A fine and rare repouse work Scandinavian candle stick made for the European market circa 1680, a very handsome and unusualy large example and in very good condition, the drip pan is not original but the correct size some repairs have been carried out to secure the column under the base. These items seldom come up for sale. Privately bought from a 15thc castle in Ireland
