Circa 1890. Chinese marble-top faux bamboo rosewood plantstand. The octagonal shaped top with a multi-coloured marble inset and beaded and faux bamboo moulded fore-edges above a pierced frieze with foliate and vine decorations. Supported on faux bamboo supports with bamboo foliage carvings over splayed feet and with a shaped interconnected stretcher. In perfect condition.
