I was so excited to find this precious little book press! It is so small ,most likely the size used for the binding of prayer books or the cart dvisite’s assemblage. Made of cast iron in the original red paint with black stenciling. All thing considered it is in very good condition ,having just the right amount of wear & screaming of antiquity. Measuring 7” Long x 7” High x 4” Wide & 1 ¼” Day Light opening (open to full extent).
