Circa 1900, an Arts & Crafts oak hall wardrobe of narrow proportions. The moulded top has Greek key design below and simple moulding, with a central section with 2 profusely carved panels with a lady and gentleman. Below there are further 2 elongated fielded panels. To the left and right the wardrobe has a slight taper, both with very nice polished steel triple strap hinges and a carved panel on the top again depicting a lady and a gent. The whole piece stands on an enclosed plinth. Inside the wardrobe is polished and open and suitable for hanging clothes with hooks running the length of it. Great colour and wonderful quality.
