This is an antique travelling vanity case. An English, leather and silver dressing table box with fitted interior, dating to the early 20th century, circa 1920.

• Silk cotton lining presents nicely with a distinctive patterned finish

• Dressed with a pair of sliding brass clasps with a stout leather handle
• Monogram to lid in gilt tooling with the initials M.G.H.
• Fitted interior offers a suite of 12 accessories, with brushes and bottles
• Birmingham hallmarks on silver dated between 1906 'G' and 1912 'N'
