    An attractive period style clock with parcel gilt embellishments and white enamelled dial.

     
    It measures 15ins (38cms) high x 9ins (23cms) wide and has a glazed dial cover / door within a gilt metal ring and the dial, with the one keyhole, is a white enamelled affair in very good condition.
     
    It has a working key and pendulum, although I don't think they're the original ones but it works well, ticking subtley. There is no maker's mark on the movement, which appears to be very clean.
     
    A lovely Victorian timepiece, reminiscent of a previous era and waiting to look elegant and refined on any shelf or mantlepiece!
