    Antique ANTIQUE JOINED OAK WAINSCOTE ARMCHAIR W7034/6.8

    Superb Antique Victorian Oak Wainscote Style Armchair and dating from around 1880. A most unusual and appealing chair with inlaid chevrons edging the three carved panels to the backrest and with downswept shaped armrests on turned supports and original plank seat above an oak skirt with chevron detail standing on turned legs joined by squared stretchers.

     
    Measures: 44" high x seat height 20" x 23" deep x 24" wide
     
    In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the solid oak and oozing all the charm and character of the Period.
