Circa 1860. Unusual style 19th century Italian rosewood and kingwood marquetry inlaid cabinet. The serpentine top with a moulded ebonized edge and central quarter cut marquetry and crossbanding above a frieze drawer with rosewood marquetry on a kingwood background, original working lock and key, above a shelved cupboard. The canted sides with carved corbels and all-over a shaped marquetry inlaid enclosed plinth base. In perfect condition.
