A Victorian Black Morocco Despatch Box, The bevelled top with gilt lines and a recessed brass handle, flanked by twin gilt embossed Royal cyphers, the initials C.R. forward displayed above the rhomboid key escutcheon.
The interior has its original green lining with raised sides. The extra secure Chubb Detector lock numbered 28726 retains its original key.
