A Red QEII Leather Despatch Box, the bevelled top embossed with the royal cypher of Queen Elizabeth II and inscribed ‘Parliamentary Secretary to to the Treasury’ *The briefcase type leather handle is at the rear of the box for comfortable travelling. The 5 lever Chubb lock & key are stamped Chubb and have 5 levers.

* The Parliamentary Secretary is the Chief Whip. The Chief Whip is responsible for administering the whipping system that ensures that members of the party attend and vote in Parliament as the party leadership desires.
