A Black Canvas clad Dispatch Box, the bevelled top, with a central swing handle, is stamped with the Royal insignia of Queen Victoria and inscribed with the name of the former owner Sir Wm. S. Savory (Bart.) (1826-1895)*. The black canvas lined interior comprises raised sides, and the lock, stamped Bramah London retains its original key.
Condition: Very good overall. Some creasing on the lid.
